9. Data Processed by Integrations

Our integrations for Kommo and amoCRM work with data from the connected services. Below is what the Zoom meetings integration processes.

• CRM account data — account identifier and address, interface language, list of users with names and email addresses.
• Zoom data — Zoom account identifier, identifiers and email addresses of its users, meeting parameters: topic, start time, duration, join link.
• Recordings and transcripts — a link to the cloud recording and the transcript file, when recording and transcription are enabled in the Zoom account.
• Access tokens for Zoom and the CRM, required to act on behalf of the account.

The recording link is posted as a note in the CRM card. The transcript file is downloaded and passed to the file storage of the same CRM, after which it is deleted on our side: we keep no copy of the transcript text. The account administrator controls the behaviour — the transcript can be attached as a file, as a link only, or not saved at all.

The integration does not request recording video or audio, meeting chats, or conversation content beyond the above. Access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, all data exchange runs over TLS, and servers are located in the European Union. Raw service events are kept for no longer than 90 days.

Removing the integration in Zoom or in the CRM stops processing data for that account. To have stored data deleted, contact us — such requests are fulfilled within 30 days.
